i so loved the gardens! they were beautifully maintained and meticulously landscaped, a true romantic's dream. our room had direct access to the garden, a perfect escape to nature. the morning light was beautiful as it filtered through the trees.

the air conditioning wasn't as strong as i'd hoped! especially during the hottest part of the day, it struggled a little to keep the room cool.

My stay had a few issues that really got to me. the air conditioning in the room barely worked. It wouldn't go below 21c. trying to get a sun chair by the pool was a nightmare because the hotel was always crowded, and folks hogged them all day. plus, the food and drinks cost way more at the hotel than anywhere nearby. it was like i was constantly getting ripped off, specially compared to what was offered outside the complex.

The pool was close to my room, so was the restaurant. the room itself was spacious. staff members were always very helpful and friendly. the buffet breakfast was great. I loved the custom-made eggs.

the shower in my room was broken. i found it difficult to navigate the hotel grounds, the layout felt confusing.

The hotel grounds include direct beach access. The kids club is great for families with children. The staff keeps the rooms very clean daily. The gym has equipment like a typical commercial gym.

The building is not particularly soundproof, so noise from neighbors is sometimes noticeable.
